Synopsis
An agnostic sex podcaster and a newly single rabbi fall in love; find out if their relationship will survive, despite their completely different lives and family interference. The original name is “Shiksa,” which is also the last word spoken in the first episode. This show is intoxicating. The storyline is funny, witty, and warm. The main characters have great chemistry, and all the supporting characters add their own precious nuance. Kristen Bell is one of those actresses who makes the best choice about what she participates in and what she undertakes, and this one is no exception. It’s a story that makes you want to be a part of their world. Adam Brody’s character is similar to Seth, but 20 years later – mature, grown-up, and still as funny and charming as ever. I sincerely hope they renew the series and continue to give us even more interesting content. One of my favorite light comedy shows of the year!
