Synopsis
Nurse Delia Balmer met with Sweeney, who confessed to killing his ex-girlfriend. He attacked her before evading capture. Balmer rebuilt his life to confront Sweeney seven years later after he was arrested for another murder. Based on a true crime story. Bodies were dumped in canals in Rotterdam (not Amsterdam) and London. Frustrating because you’re following the life of a very oddball. Good, because it’s a British drama and production – not a gun or a car chase. 4 episodes.I can’t reveal the ending.I can say it touched a nerve with the relationships with the women…even though they aren’t as affected as Delia’s horrific ordeal. Never forget that women live by their emotions and men live by their testosterone. Did I say it was frustrating for that reason, but also because of the behavior of the police and the law? It is indeed the case that the law is an ass. We see it time and time again, and that’s the case here. Good luck with the law and dealing with women.
