Synopsis
Set in the 23rd century on Mars, the plot follows the investigation of a murder case carried out by a couple founded by private investigator Aline Ruby and her android sidekick Carlos Rivera. The first feature film by director Jérémie Périn. In 2018, producer Didier Creste contacted him and Laurent Sarfati, creator and screenwriter of Lastman, to work on a film adaptation of his series.

Exceptionally executed work, but in a good way
It reminded me of The Matrix, Terminator, Me, Robot, The Fifth Element, Blade Runner, Scavengers Reign, Minority Report, Chinatown, Ghost in the Shell and other cyberpunk anime. And these are just a few that I didn’t even write. But the fact that it is a derivative is not so important.
It’s not something new, but it’s something I like
It’s just a very interesting and kinetic animation about robots and artificial intelligence. robotics, all part of a grand conspiracy led by a legal duo consisting of a woman and her partner, Carlos, a man in a robot body. I can say that I was captivated by the story and the animation.
